Camping Rules

Check in time is after 1:00pm and check out time is 11:00am.

Quiet time starts at 10:00pm and ends at 7:00am.

Generator use is permitted between 9:00am and 11:00am and between 6:00pm and 8:00pm.

Pets must be on a leash or crated at all times.  Animal stools must be picked up promptly.

Please keep voices and electronics low enough to not disturb your neighbours at all times.

Management reserved the right to evict parties that do not follow the campground rules and regulations.  There will be no refund for evicted parties.

Keep your personal property secure.  Eastgate Escape is not responsible for theft or damage to your personal property.

Fires must be kept in compliance with the Kamloops district fire bans and restrictions.

Vehicle speed must be kept to 10km per hour.

Read and sign a copy of the waiver.  We had to include this for insurance purposes. 

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled 8 days or more prior to the booking will result in a full refund.  Reservations cancelled 7 days or less, will result in one night’s stay being withheld.

Failure to arrive by 10:00pm on the day of your expected arrival will result in your booking being forfeit.  There will be no refunds for parties that do not show up.

Disclaimer

This property is privately owned.  The camper accepts the camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does herby release the Campground, its management and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his/her person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, management and employees against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its facilities.  Management has compiled these rules for everyone to remain safe and to try and make your time here pleasant.  We may at any time implement additional rules and regulations.  We also reserve the right to select our clientele and their guests.
